We had a wonderful time exploring the area, especially kayaking on the nearby lake, which the kids loved. The hotel was comfortable, and the newly renovated room made our stay enjoyable, fitting our family perfectly.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from renovations impacted our stay. We wish more amenities were available for families with kids.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I had a delightful stay in a recently renovated Executive King Room. The downtown location is unbeatable, making it super easy to explore everything on foot! Every corner of the room felt fresh, from the pristine bedding to the immaculate bathroom.

Unexpected noises disrupted comfort
The location was a clear highlight of our stay, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The bed, too, was like sleeping on a cloud.
However, our first night was marred by unexpected noise from a neighboring room, which left us sleep-deprived and frustrated. We felt the management should have handled that better.

Perfect for Craft Beer Lovers
The central location was great for walking, we found ourselves right next to a craft brewery and it was fantastic. The spacious room made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring, but the noise from the stairwell was a bit much.
It was on the pricier side, but still acceptable for what we got.

The location is prime, right next to charming spots like city hall and the harbor. The hotel has a nice patio area on the King Street side, perfect for enjoying some fresh air.
The property is currently under serious renovation, with noise that began as early as 8 am and carried on until after 6 pm. Having booked this place for the restaurant, we were let down when we found it closed, and every room nearby echoed with the sounds of drilling. The gym is stiflingly hot, lacking decent air conditioning, and the equipment is outdated and poorly maintained, making it nearly unusable. Carpets throughout the floors appear filthy and worn, giving an overall neglected vibe to the hotel. The situation with room assignments could be better—being next to a laboring woman kept us awake all night. And let's not forget, we weren’t made aware of these issues until after we were already locked into our reservation. All in all, the experience left much to be desired.

Great Location and Friendly Service
I stayed in a Standard Queen Room with my partner, and we loved the convenient location just a short walk from the waterfront. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and a fantastic view. However, the chair at the desk was a bit too short for comfortable use, which could use some improvement for a better working experience.

The location is unbeatable, with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Enjoyed the spacious room, but it was noisy due to proximity to the stairwell. The gym was impressive, featuring modern equipment, and the pool was a nice touch. On the downside, the elevators were painfully slow and the parking garage signage could use improvement.

Helpful staff made our stay easier.
The hotel was undergoing major renovations during my stay. The temporary reception setup made check-in chaotic and unwelcoming. My room was missing essential furniture like a chest of drawers, leaving my clothes and belongings in disarray. Additionally, the elevated room charges felt completely unjustified given the condition of the facility.
