The room was impressive with a microwave oven, air conditioning and an iron.
Nice experience there. Quiet accommodation with stunning setting really close to conferences and galas as well as bars. Plenty of fab food. Courteous and polite staff on reception and elsewhere.

The hotel was comfortable, and the newly renovated room, fitting our family perfectly.
We wish more amenities were available for families with kids.

I was surprised that the decor in the room was somewhat stark especially for a Junior Suite. the "sitting area" was very small; it would actually be better to knock out the wall between it and the bedroom. It would give the room a more spacious feeling.

Location was very good.
The 'jr suite' was the size of a regular room, just cut in half by a wall to make the sitting area. As a result, the room was very small and cramped, with two long, thin 1/2 rooms.

Unexpected noises disrupted comfort
The location was a clear highlight of our stay, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The bed, too, was like sleeping on a cloud.
Our first night was marred by unexpected noise from a neighboring room, which left us sleep-deprived and frustrated. We felt the management should have handled that better.

Check in was very quick and efficient. I asked for a quieter room away from the elevator and function rooms and was offered a room on the 8th floor which had a lake view which was lovely. Room was quite spacious and had everything that one would need including tea/coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board (an essential for me) and a great hairdryer. Bathroom was again spacious and well equipped a power shower which was wonderful after a long drive. We did not eat at the hotel, but the prices for meals seemed on par with other places around the hotel. Breakfast did seem to be a bit pricey for a family, so probably best to have breakfast outside.
Nothing, I only stayed for one night for my daugter's graduation at Queens and had not used the all the facilites such as pool and gym etc.

I slept on a coot. Best sleep ever!!
I felt that the staff should have been more familiar with the tourist information of Kingston or have information on hand to help.

Perfect for Craft Beer Lovers
The central location was great for walking, we found ourselves right next to a craft brewery and it was fantastic. The spacious room made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring, but the noise from the stairwell was a bit much.
It was on the pricier side, but still acceptable for what we got.

Bed and bedding
Small, too sterile rooms , horrible tv/cable system. Check in is 5?? So many tourists with children who are tired yet airplane pilots get VIP service. The concierge were disinterested slow paced individuals. I love Sheraton Toronto. Now I know to avoid the Point 4 Sheraton Hotels. Sheraton, to me, meant luxery and attention. Not here.

missingWrote a review on 17 Augprime locationcharming patio
The location is prime, right next to charming spots like city hall and the harbor. The hotel has a nice patio area on the King Street side, perfect for enjoying some fresh air.
Having booked this place for the restaurant, we were let down when we found it closed, and every room nearby echoed with the sounds of drilling. The gym is stiflingly hot, lacking decent air conditioning, and the equipment is outdated and poorly maintained. Carpets throughout the floors appear filthy and worn, giving an overall neglected vibe to the hotel. The situation with room assignments could be better-being next to a laboring woman kept us awake all night. And let's not forget, we weren't made aware of these issues until after we were already locked into our reservation. All in all, the experience left much to be desired.
